A Baker's Dozen

13 WUA squares for our January drive.
I'm also using up scraps of yarn, and I've been having fun playing with colors.

I'm going to try to make a few more squares, but I am also working on mittens for Sandy's Bridge Project and I need to make some chemo hats for my crochet guild. I kind of got off track last year with my charity crafting, but I'm determined to start this year off right.

I do have one question, though. I know we have 3 people collecting squares, and I wondered if one of you are more in need of squares than the others. I don't mind sending my squares wherever they are needed, but if one of you has already been inundated, then I can certainly send these to someone else. Just let me know. Thanks!

Very colorful Priscilla, great way to use up scraps. I got a good initial start in January, then got a bit off track with a few requested items so am trying to balance working on charity and requested items. Thrilled to hear your working on a pair of mitts.

Hi Priscilla...these are very pretty! I think James has only received 2 so far, so it might be good to send some to him. We don't want him to get off easy, now do we? :)

You can contact him through the Yahoo Group or over at Ravelry or...well, really anywhere to get his address :)

I don't know if I am too late, but I wanted to chime in with the yes please, I need squares. I've got four squares, and a couple folks have indicated they have some to send - but so far, I have four. (I'm going to make however many is needed, to finish a blanket.. but four is a very tiny blanket.)

But I haven't heard anything from the other collectors as to how many they've got either!
