As of today, we have made 3,011 items this year!!! That is just...incredible, considering again that we didn't reach this point until around the holidays last year.
Way to go, everybody!

In 2008 we donated 3,433 items for a 2-year total of 6,634 items!!
In 2009 we donated 2,655 items for a 3-year total of 9,289 items!!!
Homespun Helpers is beginning a third year of hand-crafting items for charities. Our goal is to be a source of crafted items that charities need in order to better help people. Whether it's a hat for Afghans for Afghans or an afghan for Afghan for Angels, we are willing to provide existing charities with whatever will help them let others know they are loved.

Soooooooooooo cool, people can make a difference in someone's life for the better, one stitch and one item at a time; and together much can be accomplished. Way to go all. Keep those fingers nimble and get them flying.
